We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $14.99 plus tax. If your order is over $60 after any applicable discounts and before tax, you will qualify for free shipping. For certain items, there may be some exceptions to shipping costs such as items that are extra large or heavy. If the shipping cost is different than our standard, it will be stated on the individual product page. Exceptions may apply to free shipping as well.
Shipping Schedule
When we receive your order, it generally takes 1 to 2 business days to process (pick and pack). To maintain the quality of live plants, we typically ship on Monday through Wednesday depending on the carrier used and your shipping address. Some carriers process over the weekends.
For Western Canada, packages typically arrive in about 2 to 4 business days, and Eastern Canada and remote areas can be up to 4 to 8 business days. Other shipping companies and options may be used depending on your shipping area, availability, and whether it is economically feasible. Generally with this shipping schedule we have found that the plants do arrive in healthy condition.
Interruptions & Delays
For any shipment that is delayed, interrupted, or sent back due to errors from the shipping service, we got you covered! We will try to send a new package out to you if it does not reach you, or if it reaches you in poor condition.
Any plants that arrive in poor condition due to long shipping times are covered by a Live Plant Guarantee! Keep the portions unopened in the bag, and visit this page for details.
If your shipping address is experiencing extreme weather conditions, we may choose to postpone sending out your order containing plants until it is feasible to do so, and we will let you know about this as soon as we can. The same will apply to temporarily undeliverable routes due to unforeseen events.
Addresses that are entered wrong when ordering are not covered.
Shipping Costs
On the checkout page, you will see the shipping costs after you fill in your shipping address. We cover the cost of any additional packaging materials such as insulation and heat packs if necessary due to extreme weather, so you do not have to worry. All of our plants we ship out are guaranteed.
Important: Double-Check Your Shipping Address
Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if we need to resend your order.
